Description: Begin with a SUPER fun warm-up followed by 3 fun combos. The 1st and 3rd combos will keep you moving while engaging your mind and body. The 2nd combo is more athletic with high or low impact options. At the end we’ll put them together back to back. End with a quick cool down and stretch.
